La Garencière "Petite Maison" games room

In the heart of the countryside, 2 hours 15 minutes from Paris, this charming little house from 1821 is located on the La Garencière estate. Our property is a former farmhouse and its outbuildings have been converted into 5 independent cottages, in a natural, quiet setting surrounded by the forest with a lovely view of Champfleur. You will stay in a house independent of ours, enjoy a terrace adjoining the accommodation and can enjoy our entire garden, play areas... The space THE POOL IS OPEN AND HEATED FROM APRIL 2 TO NOVEMBER 1. Two bedrooms: - On the ground floor, one bedroom with a round double bed 220 cm in diameter, and a desk - Upstairs, not separated by a door, 2 single beds measuring 90 x 190 cm, an extra bed measuring 90 x 190 cm, and a play area for children. A living room with lounge area and equipped kitchen. A bathroom with shower and toilet. Kid-friendly: The accommodation has board games, toys, children's cutlery, etc. All baby equipment (crib, bathtub, high chair, etc.) can be provided upon request and free of charge. Sheets and towels included. Shared games room: Foosball, wooden play structure, play kitchen, play shop, play mat, darts, games library, library... Shared outdoor areas: Indoor pool and sundeck in season, soccer goal, basketball hoops, swings, wooden playhouse, sandbox, children's bikes, patio, picnic table...
