Come and escape to Normandy just 20 minutes from Caen! Located in the heart of the Suisse Normande in Ouffières in Calvados, La Ferme des Épis is an unusual accommodation area, in which you can stay with family, friends or as a couple, in a traditional Mongolian yurt, a gypsy caravan, a teepee chalet, a gîte or in a fully equipped chalet! Our country cottage can accommodate up to 15 people and has all the necessary comforts to allow you to relax. On the first floor you will find: - A fully equipped kitchen (hob, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher). - A lounge area with a fireplace to warm up - A dining room - 2 double bedrooms (one with an extra single bed) - 1 shower room with WC. Upstairs you can find: - 3 bedrooms with double bed (one with an extra single bed) - A bedroom with 5 single beds (including 2 bunk beds) - A bathroom and separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are not provided in the rental. You can also enjoy our various activities that we offer: - A wellness area with jacuzzi and infrared sauna - An escape game - A treasure hunt - An inflatable playground (in summer) - Creative workshops - Bike rental - Board games - Outdoor sports activities: a ping-pong table, table football, petanque, badminton, a basketball and football court and archery! Something to delight young and old! We also organize various events such as Halloween parties, a Christmas Market, a Wellness Festival and campfire aperitifs every Tuesday in July and August. By staying at the farm, you will be able to discover the Suisse Normande thanks to the various activities! You can discover the region on foot thanks to the various hiking trails, where you can admire magnificent views, especially with the Pain de Sucre or the Roche d'Oëtre. You can go canoeing, kayaking, rail sledding or via ferrata in Clécy, the capital of Suisse Normande, or donkey rides and even dog sledding (in winter). You can also discover the beaches and the various D-Day museums 1 hour from the farm. Our estate is populated by our animal friends: rabbits, chickens, ducks, cats and even horses! Our goal: to offer you a change of scenery and a total immersion among the animals and the calm of nature.
