The space Welcome to your 750 sqft private mountain retreat! This modern, duplex-style suite is perched above a private garage, offering an elevated and peaceful experience. Key Features: Layout: Bright, two-story design with the entire living space and bedrooms located on the second floor for maximum privacy and views. Living Area: An open and airy space with large windows framing stunning, endless views of the Tantalus mountain range and the Squamish valley. Bedrooms: Two comfortable bedrooms, perfect for families or small groups. One Queen bed in the first bedroom, two Single beds in the second bedroom Bathroom: A full bathroom complete with bathtub. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals after a day of adventure. Equipped with appliances such as a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, stove with oven, dishwasher and fridge. Outdoor Space: A charming, private patio where you can unwind, enjoy a coffee, and recount your daily explorations. Laundry: Both washer and dryer with detergent provided for your convenience Garage: Your very own secure and private single car garage to safely store all the gear you need for your unique activities. Standing Bike rack is provided. There is also a hose right outside your garage door for you to wash down your bikes after a long day on the trails. WIFI: Throughout the home you will have access to high speed Wireless internet. The T.V. also has the option for you to log into your favorite streaming services. Guest access Guests will enjoy complete and private access to the entire two-story suite. Private Entry- Your stay begins with a seamless, contactless self-check-in via a private entrance on the side of the main house. Please be aware that the living area is accessible via a flight of stairs. Gear Storage- You have exclusive access to a single-car garage. This space is perfect for securely storing all your adventure gear, such as bikes, skis, kayaks, or climbing equipment. Please note, the garage is for gear storage only and is not available for parking vehicles. Laundry- A private washer and dryer are conveniently located in the garage for your use. Other things to note With downtown Squamish a short drive away, this location is truly the best of both worlds - the conveniences of town and nature, all to be found at the Treehouse in Squamish. We are in a quiet residential neighborhood in Brackendale, with 2 great restaurants nearby and a general store just a short walk away. Bike the network of trails from beginner to expert - Wonderland, Crouching Squirrel Hidden Monkey, and everything in between - all accessible right from your doorstep. If you prefer to relax and unwind, Fisherman's park on the Squamish River provides a relaxing 2.9 km loop trail with sand beaches to lounge on and take in the incredible views and wildlife. A favorite, Alice Lake Provincial Park is bikeable, or a 5 minute drive away, where you can truly do it all. Biking, hiking, swimming, fishing and a variety of watersports ensures there is something for everyone. This park is one of the most popular in British Columbia. Family Home: Please note that we are a family with two children and a dog living in the attached main home. While your suite is private, you may occasionally hear us. Stairs: Access to the main living area of the suite requires climbing one flight of stairs. Parking: One off street parking spot is provided directly in front of your garage.
