Oceanfront Villa Chavaniac Entire house Vieques

Villa Chavaniac is a unique oceanfront property on the island of Vieques (east of the main island of Puerto Rico), with 180 degree views of the merging of the Atlantic Ocean with the Caribbean Sea and the islands of Culebra and Puerto Rico. The space The main suite 'ESPACE' has three-bedrooms and three-and-one-half bathrooms. The two upstairs unit have each 2 bedrooms opening to a large terrace, and have their own kitchens. The furnishings are high end with unique pieces of Puerto Rican art. Other things to note We have policy of not renting to separate groups so our guests can fully enjoy the privacy of the property and its amenities. The beach in front of the house is rocky and shallow and not fit for swimming (it is however for fishing and further on the reef for surfing). It is accessible by the side of the house. There is a quiet sandy beach within walking distance of the house. Most of the beaches in Vieques are in natural reserves. The property is professionnally managed by local staff.
