I reside in the master bedroom and am happy to interact as much or as little as you prefer. centrally-located friendly dog lives with me and does shed. The space 13x11 private bedroom in a shared 3BR/2BA stand-alone home with fresh bedding, linens, pillows, towels provided. Quiet side street 5 minutes from shopping and all stores. 15 minutes to the beach. Fenced in front yard, rear patio, pool and firepit out back. Air conditioning in every room with remote, Smart TVs in each room with all streaming services. Kitchen is stocked while also leaving space for guests to keep their items. Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, washer/dryer. Reclining Sofas, dining room table, and BBQ. Guest access All common areas are shared (Kitchen, Living Room, Patio, Pool) During your stay If I'm around I'm happy to interact as much or as little as you prefer. Other things to note AC/Heat in every room with remote, strong WiFI. Street Parking is always available As this is a 3 bedroom stand alone house the common areas are shared. Please note I have a dog (who is the best and super friendly) he does shed a lot of fur.
