This mid-century modern jewel offers one of the best views in San Diego while still being walking distance (9 blocks) to the beach. You'll get a 1 bedroom with queen bed, full kitchen, living room with a futon couch (suitable for only one adult or two kids). I live upstairs and have a deck so you get your own private deck below me with a firepit and jacuzzi. Perfect place for a couple (or possibly a family with 2 small children). The space Jewel of PB. Enjoy a quite romantic location just a few blocks from the restaurants and bars of PB (but will say that in order to get these stunning views it means we're up on a hill so the last couple of blocks are steep! - Walk there then Uber back!!) Or choose to stay in and soak in the jacuzzi while soaking up the views! Enjoy the firepit while watching the Sea World drone show (8:50pm weekdays/9:50 weekends). Guest access You have the lower portion of the home (minus the garage). Which means you've got the jacuzzi, incredible viewing deck and modern firepit! You will be sent a code to the lock before arrival. Other things to note There is plenty of off street parking. But please note it is a very steep driveway. If you have the inability to make the walk, I will move my car from the top. Just let me know in advance.
