Come and stay in this fully restored old barn, located on an old 20 ha agricultural property (only a few chickens today). The gîte has a private garden of 1000 m², a terrace of about 30 m² with views of the beautiful surrounding countryside and a swimming pool shared with another gîte located further away. This accommodation can accommodate 6 people (a mezzanine with two 90 cm beds and two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a large 140 cm bed). You can take advantage of the location of the cottage to discover the Lot-et-Garonne, spend a refreshing time at Aqualand Park, visit the old town of Agen or the bastide of Puymirol, discover 5 of the most beautiful villages in France (Monflanquin, Pujols, Villeréal, Tournon and Penne-d'Agenais), stroll along the Canal Latéral à la Garonne and so much more! - No smoking in the cottage - Pets not allowed - No wifi Things to know for your arrival: - A security deposit of 200€ will be handed to the owner upon your arrival. - Rental of sheets on request: €8 per pair, bed not made. - Linen: half is available for free. - Towels: not provided, to be arranged by the guest. - Baby linens, crib, highchair, changing mat and park: on request. - Possibility of cleaning fee at the end of the stay: €40. - Firewood about €40. - Electricity consumed in addition (flat rate of 8KWH per day or 56KWH per week) is not included in the rates and will be paid on site in addition after reading the meters (depending on the amount of the price of the KWH indicated on the invoice).
