La Grange Gîte with shared pool - Dondas - 6 people - Lot-et-Garonne The space Come and stay in this fully restored gîte, located on an old 20 ha agricultural property (in operation, with the presence of only a few poultry today). The rental has a private garden of 1000 m². Terrace of about 30 m² with a very nice view of the surrounding countryside and a swimming pool that is shared with another nearby vacation rental. This gîte includes 4 beds for a total of 6 people (mezzanine with two 90 cm beds, two bedrooms on the ground floor with a large 140 cm bed). You can take advantage of the location of the gîte to discover part of Lot-et-Garonne and have a great time in Aqualand or Walygator Park after a visit to the city of Agen! Or discover one of the most beautiful villages in France, the Canal or the various leisure, natural and cultural places. - No smoking in the gîte - Pets not allowed - No wifi You will be close to the owners if you want advice on organizing your stay, but their home is further away and unobstructed. What you need to know for your arrival: - Electricity consumed in addition (8 KWH package per day or 56 KWH per week) is not included in the rates and will be paid on-site in addition after reading the meters (according to the amount of the KWH price indicated on the invoice). - A deposit of €200 will be given to the owner upon arrival. - Rental of sheets on request: €8 per pair, bed not made. - Linen: available free of charge. - Towels: not provided, to be organized by the guest. - Baby sheets, crib, highchair, changing mat and playpen: on request. - Possibility of cleaning package at the end of the stay: €40. - Firewood about €40.
