The space It was recently renovated, exuding a modern and comfortable ambiance. Enjoy an elegant, open kitchen with appliances, granite countertops, and cabinets. Your stay is fully accommodated with essential amenities. Relax in the spacious living area featuring leather sofas and a large 55-inch smart Roku TV. The sofa conveniently transforms into a queen bed. Recessed and pendant light fixtures add to the soothing atmosphere, complementing a dedicated workspace for business travelers. So, as you know, this space is not suitable for pets. The Master bedroom suite boasts two Queen-size sleigh beds with pillow-top mattresses and a Roku TV on the wall. The second bedroom includes a Queen-size sleigh bed and a Roku TV on the wall. Fresh linens on the beds and towels are provided for each reservation, complemented by two beautifully tiled bathrooms. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, our location is near restaurants, stores, and I-540 & I-440. Guests can easily access the front door with a coded smart lock. We can help or guide you if you need anything else. Our approachable and accommodating nature ensures a pleasant stay, and we are open to reasonable requests. Guest access Feel free to make yourself at home! You'll have exclusive access to a double-car driveway with space for up to four cars. The kitchen is fully equipped, including Keurig and drip coffee makers. Additionally, the entire home is yours to enjoy, and you have complimentary access to the washer and dryer. Your comfort and convenience are our priority. Other things to note To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, kindly note a few essential guidelines: Smoking is prohibited inside. If you must smoke, we ask that you please smoke at least 25 feet away from the front porch and back door. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged if smoke is detected inside. Refrain from littering, including trash and cigarette butts—no additional guests above the number of guests per your reservation. NO PARTIES, we respect our neighbors.
