It will be “Totally Worth it!” 4 bedroom/2 bath (Jack and Jill) located on Ocean Isle Beach Canal(bring your boat!) *2 Kings, 1 Queen, 4 twins, Queen sleeper sofa. (Linens/towels NOT provided) Luggage elevator(no people), open floor plan, stocked kitchen. Large deck space overlooking the canal with boat dock. Short walk (10 min.) to the beach access or rent the 4 seater golf cart. Great for families with kids. Booking guest needs to be minimum age of 25 and present on the property during stay. The space Bedrooms: -1 king facing canal with TV. Jack and Jill bathroom to the bedroom with 1 queen, TV, and desk -1 king facing canal with TV. Jack and Jill bathroom to the bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins) with blackout shades, sound machine, pack n play, booster seat. (Linens are NOT provided) Open floor plan with kitchen, dining room, den. Large deck overlooking the canal/dock. Under the house provides laundry room, outdoor shower, and another living space. Fully fenced in yard with corn hole, swing, hook and ring toss, paddleboards. Guest access Guests are allowed to use all the spaces on the property, except the boat lift. Code to the front door will be sent before arrival. There is one locked owners closet under the house and two owners closets upstairs (one in the bathroom and one in kitchen) that should be locked and not to be disturbed. Other things to note -Linens/towels are NOT included. -Starter toilet paper and paper towels provided.
