We are just a few steps away from the ocean's edge where you can enjoy surf, sun, sand, gorgeous views of the sunrise, sunset and the iconic Ocean Isle Pier. Relax under the shaded porch while listening to the waves, sipping on your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Enjoy your meals poolside or as a beach picnic at sunset. The main level bedroom has a queen bed, a smart TV, a full bath right outside the room, There is a new twin pullout couch in the master nook. Beyond the master bedroom is a nook with a desk and working space to take those work calls while overlooking the ocean! This unit comes with a pull out queen sized couch in the main living room, a fully stocked kitchen, a cute coffee bar, plenty of space for groceries, a patio overlooking the beach, common area, pool, a ground level private beach closet for your use, and a stunning view of the ocean and Ocean Islen Pier right outside the front door. The condo is stocked with starter toilet paper in the bathroom, starter paper towel roll, a few pods for washer /dryer as well as dishwasher. Kitchen has hand and dish soap, starter trash bags and bathroom includes hand soap. * please bring your own bath gel/body soap/shampoo & conditioner as well as additional items listed above for your longer stays. * plenty of pillows and blankets. Bed linens, bath and beach towels are the responsibility of the renter. A service is happy to drop these items off for you for a fee- contact Chrissy for a quote ! Our condo is just a few steps away from mini golf, newly renovated community park, playground, splash pad, basketball courts, museum, restaurants, coffee shops, wine bar and more! Weekly concerts and activities take place in the park during peak season. This is a walk up only (approx. 16 steps), no elevator. Host is happy to accommodate your every need! Guest access Guests have access to the common area community pool (open all season but heated only by the NC sun) which is just a few steps away from the condo. Enjoy the views from your private balcony which overlooks the gorgeous ocean and the Ocean Isle Pier. A community barbecue space just a few steps away allows guests to enjoy this amenity (no grilling on private deck please). Feel free to use our private/locked beach closet located on the ground level just under your unit to store beach chairs, umbrellas more! Plenty of parking on the Complex, note - golf carts are not allowed to be parked in the Ocean Cove parking lot. The entire condo with exception of private "owner's closet" Other things to note Anchor'D in OIB is the perfect beach condo for a couple, a few friends, a small family, or anyone looking for the most beautiful views and a peaceful beachfront getaway. The condo is located on the first floor. There are steps up to that level. The parking is open to other guests and you can park anywhere in the general parking spaces - one parking pass inside the unit should be left on your dashboard. There is no hook up for electric cars and golf carts are not allowed to be parked in our lot. Please inquire about spaces at the OIB Pier parking lot for a small fee. Sleeping accommodations: The master bedroom has one queen bed. A brand new twin pullout sleeper that can sleep one individual is conveniently tucked into a small sleeping nook off the living room. The living room offers a new double sleeper pullout sofa. We provide pillows and blankets but ask that the renters bring bed lines, beach and bath towels. We are happy to take care of renting linens if you would like- reach out to the host via the app and a quote for linens/towels will be provided. We have two beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach toys for you to use in the beach closet (key will be left for renters). Please be courteous with this beach closet so the next renter can also enjoy the amenities. Please text host upon arrival should any items be missing. We aim to please. Absolutely no animals/pets are allowed. If animals are present you will be asked to leave with no refund. This is an HOA requirement, sorry. If you do have a service animal accommodations will be made. Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the unit, on our private deck or the condo pool/patio area. Must use the designated smoking area. We will provide 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, a small supply of dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher and washing machine tablets to get you started as well as a few large garbage bags. Publix Groceries is just 1.5 miles away, they will deliver groceries through InstaCart. Pre-order with them to have items delivered at a cost. *Please bring your own beach and bath towels. *If you need any extra linens, bath towels or beach towels, reach out to the host who will provide you with the cost of the added linen service.
