The bottom floor is a separate apartment housing Pure Connection Massage Therapy, LMT. The space The space is very relaxing and super comfortable with high quality beds, bedding, and pillows. Guest access Parking is either on State Street or 13th Avenue and the house is within a 10-15 minute walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, hiking trails, the ocean and tours. Other things to note Pets are allowed at an extra fee. Under no circumstances may pets be left unattended. All poop in yard must be picked up by pet owner. No shoes inside house. Dishes must be cleaned and put away prior to check out. This house is not child friendly.
