Vinnie **BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS** Each of the cabin's four bedrooms is designed with guest comfort in mind and all four bedrooms are themed. Fall asleep beneath luxurious linens and wake up refreshed for another relaxing day in the hills of TN. There are two king ensuites, both on the main floor. There is also a full- size bedroom on the main floor right off the Great room area. Three queen beds are located upstairs with a full-size bathroom. Each bedroom with the exception of the full-size bedroom has a smart TV. Coffee station is located on the main floor hallway, stocked with coffee pods, creamer, & sugar. Just like the bedrooms, the bathrooms are made for ultimate comfort. The main level has two full baths - One bathroom off the master suite with luxe walk -in shower and dual vessel sinks and a dressing table with a view for the ladies. The second bathroom can be an ensuite or is a jack and jill and opens into the hallway as well making it the accessible bathroom for all during the day. The third bathroom is upstairs and is shared for those staying there. All of the bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and wash clothes, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, & toilet paper. **KITCHEN & DINING** The open concept of the Cabin's main level boasts soaring ceilings with a gorgeous wood beam ceiling- All the windows looking out over the property and seeing the hills for miles and miles such a beautiful site!! We have a state-of-the-art kitchen and dining areas that offer plenty of room to comfortably host family and/or friends. We are outfitted with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwasher pods, and appliances you will need to cook delicious meals. The vintage buffet table can seat up to 10, we also have a dining table that will seat 10, and a game table that turns into a table that can seat 6 and more seating at the bar. As you walk into the front door to the Grand Ole room - you are in awe first of the soaring wooden beam ceilings, the windows that overlook the view of the land and hills, then you see the gorgeous stucco woodburning fireplace with forged iron screen and rock hearth - reminds you of something you see out West. There is comfy leather seating around the fireplace, a chess table tucked in a corner with two chairs, a game table, and a 75- inch smart TV with sound bar. The upstairs lounge space has a leather sofa and two chairs for reading playing games or puzzles - there is also a PS3 with games and DVR /smart TV to watch your favorite old movie or just gaze out the balcony sitting on the swing! We also have a coffee nook for your convenience upstairs stocked with coffee pods, sugar, & creamer. The screen porch also offers a lounge area with a comfy sofa, two chairs, and two ottomans. We also have a high top table/4 chairs - gas fire pit table, dry bar, smart TV, string lights that change colors w/remote, dart board, karaoke, and during spring-fall a dining table that sits 6-8. **Laundry** Our laundry room is located just down the hall. We have front load washer and dryer - Iron and ironing board is located here. There is also a fire extinguisher and first aid kit in this room. Guest access Guest Access: Guest will check in with a keypad on the front door. I will share code when you are a few days away from your check in. I will almost always make myself available for your check in if its ok with our guests. With a quick tour of the house and answer any questions you may have. I am always very close and available for questions. We want your stay to be enjoyable and memorable while at Darling Hill Retreat. Other things to note Other Things to Note: ◆This Fabulous Cabin has undergone an extensive renovation maintaining its original character while bringing it to life mixing rustic with modern luxury elements making it feel comfy and cozy with style. ◆Glass has been replaced in almost every window, however, the windows themselves have not been replaced - Please DO NOT Open Any of the Windows in the Cabin!!! ◆Since we are in the country You may see a few bugs or critters!! The cabin is sprayed on a regular basis inside and out. We also have bug spray available for your personal use especially if you decide to take a walk . ◆We have High Speed Internet (fiberoptic)fast and most cell service picks up on the Hill very well. ◆Fire Extinguisher is located under kitchen sink and one in laundry room. ◆First Aid kit is located in laundry room. ◆You may hear Coyote at night - this doesn't mean they are at our back door but to also be cautious as you are in the middle of 21 acres. WELCOME To THE COUNRTY LIFE!! ◆We consider ourselves to be more than a short-term rental- We decorate for every season especially for the holidays - so if you visit us during November & December- we are fully decorated with Christmas trees garland galore wreaths - It is absolutely stunning!!!! Cleaning Protocol: We abide by Airbnb's 5 step enhanced cleaning process between each Guest's stay. We pride ourselves in keeping Darling Hill Retreat held to the highest standards in cleanliness. Please Note: Some or all amenities may not be available in the event of a power outage due to circumstances beyond our control. While we will report outages to the appropriate local companies, we are not able to refund stays due to temporary outages. House Rules: ◆No smoking in the House - designated areas screen porch and just outside. Please be mindful of putting out and disposing cigarettes properly. Please do not just leave your cigarette on the ground. Guest will be charged a minimum $300 fee for any smoke or vape smells inside the house ◆Maximum Guests 12 ◆MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK: 25Years Old! ◆Please do not open windows. The windows are the old crank windows - while the glass has been replaced, the windows themselves are vintage. ◆Please do not leave ANY fire unattended - outside or inside - be sure to close the iron doors on fireplace inside - turn off gas on fire pit when finished on screen porch - and be sure fire is out - outside at fire pit. ◆We are on a septic tank - so please, toilet paper only down the toilets - Please empty any food items from plates etc - garbage instead of washing down sink We do allow rehearsal dinners, family gatherings, etc, However, there is an extra fee - we will need to be notified of your intentions on the front end in order to accomodate your needs.
