Charming little house with a view

Undisturbed location with a great view. Charming interior and good facilities both inside and outside. Calm and quiet with the sound of the stream and birdsong. Good sun conditions. Outdoor shower. 1.6 km from Sunday open shop Kiwi Aurdal. 3 min drive to Valdres Alpine Center. 13 min to Fagernes city center The space Charming old house that has been renovated and refurbished over the years. Large and good private parking in front of the house. Guest access The entire lower floors are for use. 2nd floor is not in use yet as renovation is in progress. The space is designed to be user-friendly for people with reduced mobility, as all rooms and everything you might need are located on the 1st floor. Other things to note Basic seasonings are already on Stogo. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The sink in the kitchen: Where it shows hot water, it is cold and vice versa. There was a small installation error that has now become a little charm. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher, so everything must be washed by hand. Avoid emptying grease and thick liquid into the sink as the pipes clog easily. Garbage can be placed in the basement, which is down the stairs on the exterior of the house, but we would greatly appreciate it if it were taken with you and possibly disposed of at Kiwi or further up towards Danebu. There are large containers there. There are no garbage bins assigned to the property, as this is a vacation home. Please don't throw garbage down at the neighbor's. Firewood is included. More firewood is located in the basement. In the fall/winter, there may be mice in the walls, and they like to stay where the trash cans are. It's a very old house and it's not mouse-proof. We have set several traps, and as long as we have rented out the place, the mouse has never been in the bedroom, living room or anywhere else except in the kitchen cabinets - which all our other guests have confirmed. Unfortunately, we can't do anything about this because it's an old house. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended in the winter, as the road is a bit steep and is not gravelled. If you don't manage to get up, you can park in the road that passes by after the exit to "Solstad". It's not a long walk from there. But without a doubt, it's best with 4-wheel drive. In the summer, we recommend bringing a sleep mask as the curtains are not light-proof and it gets dark late and light early. If you bring a pet, it would be nice if you take extra responsibility and possibly vacuum if it leaves a lot of hair. That's the only thing we ask for in order to allow pets and to prevent claw marks/damage to the cabin.
