The following breeds are prohibited by association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. RULES FOR RENTING WITH A DOG • Dog must be older than 9 months • Dog must remain on a leash when outside of the house • Guests must clean up after their dog • No excessive barking Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate eviction of you or your dog with no refund.
