My cozy, comfy home is available July 4-end of August only. Due to Napa ordinances, I cannot rent my place for fewer than 31 days. I might consider a longer rental, but I can't do a shorter one. My home is just 4 blocks from downtown Napa, with its dozens of fabulous restaurants and tasting rooms. It's easily accessible to Highway 29 and the Napa Outlet Stores. I have two friendly indoor-only cats that will love to get to know you. The space This condo is split-level, with living, dining and kitchen below; 8 steps lead up to the office, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. At 1260 sq. feet, it's fairly good-sized for a townhouse; the central atrium lets in abundant light. The vibe is a bit boho, reflecting my travels throughout the world and my stint in the Peace Corps in North Africa. I strive to anticipate what my guest might need, and have provided many small details that I think you'll appreciate. Guest access The entire condo will be yours. You can park one car in my garage, and you'll enter the house through it. There's also guest parking on the complex grounds (for which you'll need a permit that I will leave for you) and of course there's on-street parking. You'll have use of the pool. Items in the garage are my personal property but you'll have use of the washing machine and dryer, as well as the folding chairs and picnic supplies, and the children's toys and equipment that are stored there. Other things to note Again, my place is only available July 7 - Aug. 10, 2024, for at least 31 days, due to City of Napa regulations. This is my full-time home, and I only rent it when I'm away visiting my east coast relatives. I trust that you'll love my home and my cats as much as I do! You will have to feed the cats, and water the houseplants and those in the atrium. The other plants are on an irrigation system. You'll be expected to follow the HOA CCRs, meaning no parties, no smoking, and quiet hours of 9AM - 7AM. I'll leave a house manual on the dining room table for you along with house keys, the pool key, and a garage-door opener.
