Long Valley Guest House & Pool

Nestled in the heart of the Central Coast, our Long Valley guest house sits among oaks on 2.5 acres. Our quiet, tranquil guest house is visited with deer daily. The guest house sits adjacent to our main home and is a separate home with a private entrance. Guest house features 800 square feet of living quarters, including a private bedroom, full bath, full gourmet kitchen and living room. The views of the property can be seen from every room! Enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the attached patio. The space Spacious bedroom of the guest home features a queen sized bed as well as a large dresser with 9 drawers. There is NO closet space available. Hanging closet space is available in the free standing armoire located just outside of the bedroom. The sofa bed in the living room converts to a queen size as well. Bedding for the sofa bed is located in the bathroom cabinets. The gourmet kitchen features a full size fridge and freezer, microwave, as well as oven and gas range. Additionally it has a sink and dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker with toaster. Kitchen is supplied with a full set of dishes, silverware, cups, utensils, and pots and pans. Bathroom amenities include a large shower with overhead rain shower head, toilet and sink. There is not a bathtub. There is two stair landing at the front door, and is not accessible with a wheel chair. Check in is 3:00 p.m. and check out is 12:00 p.m. The pool is available from May through October and the average temperature is 87 degrees. Guest access The laundry facilities for the guest house are located in the attached garage space. We have a washing machine and dryer and laundry detergent available. In addition, we also have an iron and ironing board. Please do not park in the garage. On the patio, we have a furniture set that seats 6 and features a fire pit. Additionally on the patio is a four burner bbq that you are welcome to cook on and use. Other things to note Apple TV4 is located in the living room. Hulu, Netflix and Amazon prime video are all available. Guest house is fully air conditioned as well as heated.
