The space The living space is bright thanks to its large windows. It is divided between the living room, dining area and an open kitchen. Living room furnished with a 2 seats sofa and a seating area by the window. Equipped with a flat screen smart TV. Dining area with a wooden table which can accomodate up to 6 people. Fully equipped open kitchen with a bar and 2 high chairs. Access to the balcony with a seating area and a view over the trees. Bedroom 1: King size bed, built in seating/reading corner which can turn into a double bed, full height closet, en suite full bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom 2: Specially designed for kids with a tree house on mezzanine. Bunk bed, closet and toys. Extra full bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom 3: Study room with a desk, double sofa bed - can be used as a bedroom or an office. Extra full bathroom with walk in shower. INCLUDED AMENITIES - Central AC/heat. - Bed linens and towels provided for each guest. - Washing machine and dryer in the apartment. - Iron and board. - Hi speed Wifi. - Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper. - Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar. Dish soap. EXTRA SERVICES UPON REQUEST (prices incl. VAT) - Baby bathtub: 50 ₪ per stay. - Pack 'n play: 100 ₪ per stay. - Wooden crib: 500 ₪ per stay. Please notify us at least 24h in advance. - Baby high chair: 50 ₪ per stay. - Extra cleaning during stay: 80₪ per hour+20₪ transportation. 1 hours minimum. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay. Other things to note PASSPORT AND VAT - The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment. - Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price. - The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats. - Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT. - VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property. The payment may be processed through a third party platform. - I reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
