Suite in an apartment near the Regional Hospital

Guest will have exclusivity in their suite with single bed, wardrobe ( 4 parts: 2 to hang clothes, 1 with shoe rack and shoes and another with drawers), WI-FI, TV with open channels, internet and Netflix. I provide good quality hangers, bedding, pillow, blanket, and bath towel. Covered garage. Middle class neighborhood. Nearby places: supermarket, bakery, post office, salty shop, restaurants, bars, emergency room, hairdressers, home manicure, as well as various shops for you and your car Guest access Suite: Single bed, bed set, pillow, blanket and towels of good quality. Shared space: living room 2 rooms ( sofa, table, TV with open and closed channels), kitchen ( microwave, stove, refrigerator and water purifier), laundry ( washing machine and ceiling clothesline) and balcony ( chairs and counter ) During your stay I'm very outgoing and communicative if the guest wants to interact. But I know how to respect privacy. Other things to note The only requirement is the hygiene and conservation of the place. We have a day laborer 1x a week, but it is essential that there is no abuse. I have 2 cats that do not have access to the suite, but the shared areas. They don't bother guests and can't be mistreated. I'm a smoker - I only smoke on the balcony of the apartment.
