The house is situated on a large property, with woods, streams, a pond and birds. It is a country house built a long time ago and we have renovated. It is covered with old red tiles. With 125m2, it can accommodate 8 people, in 4 bedrooms: 2 rooms of 12m2 approximately each equipped with a 160cm bed (a duvet and 2 pillows); 1 room of 8m2 approximately equipped with a bed of 130cm (a quilt and a bolster); 1 room of 15m2 equipped with 2 bunk beds of 90cm and 1 bed of 90cm (each bed has a duvet and a pillow). The central room, a large living room of 55m2, reveals, under the roof, oak farms dating from the time of construction. This room includes an open kitchen, equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob and induction, washing machine. The dining room and living room are on both sides of this kitchen area. There is a fireplace. There is a bathroom with large Italian shower, 2 separate toilets (one, adjacent to the house, requires going outside). An outdoor shower for returns from the beach. Outside, a terrace equipped with garden furniture overlooks the park. A pond is located about 100m from the house. Fishing is allowed. The Lieu-dit is located 7km from the beaches and 2.5 km from the village of Avrillé and shops.
