The space Interior layout The house includes a living room with a superb sea view, a functional kitchen area, a TV lounge, a bathroom, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single bunk beds, offering 4 beds in total. It is fully air-conditioned for optimal comfort. Outdoor spaces You can enjoy a large covered wooden terrace, ideal for meals or moments of relaxation, a courtyard fully fenced and surrounded by high hedges to preserve your privacy, a barbecue, an outdoor shower with hot water and a solarium to enjoy the sun. A parking space is available in the courtyard (suitable for a small car). Other things to note - Guest obligations Use the accommodation in a peaceful and respectful manner, and be responsible for any damage. Respect the maximum capacity of 4 people. Pets are not allowed. Events, parties and parties are prohibited. No smoking allowed. Keep the neighborhood quiet and avoid noise. Electric vehicle charging station prohibited (installation not suitable).
