Idyllic setting. The space On the ground floor you will have a spacious living room, equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom (2 beds of 80x200 that can be offered in a double bed), independent toilet, shower room (shower + vanity). Upstairs you will find a relaxation area on the mezzanine allowing sleeping 2 people (supplement €20/night/person), a master suite composed of a 90x190 bed and a 160x200 bed with private bathrooms (toilet, large shower, vanity). Outside, you will enjoy a terrace, garden furniture, an unenclosed wooded park surrounded by the river and the mill cave. Free petanque court Beds made upon your arrival, towels and linens provided, heating and electricity extra (meter reading - 8 Kw offered per day), a wooden wheelbarrow for the stove will be offered. In the heart of the Champagne vineyard, 20 minutes from factory shops, 30 minutes from Troyes, come and stay at "L 'Atelier du Moulin", an independent residence that has retained the soul of an old artist's studio. The renovation and decoration were done with great taste by mixing old materials (stones, wood, original glass roof) and trendy decorative objects. The cottage is located at the bottom of a cul-de-sac, in a quiet and green setting where a river arm (unsecured) flows, a real haven of peace allowing hosts to relax and recharge. For riders, the owners offer the hosting of horses (see conditions with the owners) and for fishing lovers, 1st category river on site.
