It is a full house listing and nobody else will be at the home with you. Other things to note NEIGHBORS & NOISE We do have neighbors and it is super super important to respect their quiet and solitude. Parties and loud music that can disturb them is not allowed. SMOKING AND FIRES Smoking is not allowed on the property due to high fire danger. Sorry! Also, outdoor wood fire pits and charcoal grills are illegal in Estes. Gas is OK. BEARS Do NOT leave food in your car! Bears frequent this area and can break in! SECURITY We use a Minut noise meter. It doesn't record audio, but instead monitors decibel levels, temperature and humidity. This is for the safety of guests & to protect the home. It also serves to warn us about parties & prevent noise complaints from neighbors. We also have a security camera on the front of the housing facing the front porch and garage, and another on the rear of the house facing the side yard. Both record audio and video 24/7.
