Guest access Entire private APARTMENT with guest-only access, 1 bedroom and bathroom. SHARED KITCHEN is in a separate room on the ground floor and can be used at any time with the access key provided. The kitchen has cooking and serving utensils such as pots, cutlery, glasses, cups, coffee maker, blender, microwave, tables, stove with oven and refrigerator. OUTDOOR PATIO with access corridors to the apartment and beach shower are shared with other guests and owners. If this rule is not respected, a daily fee will be charged for the extra people present, plus a fine of 50% of the total amount of the stay. An invitation will also be made for these extra people to leave as soon as possible, avoid discomfort and respect the rules.
