The Heavenly Gondola and Village is a short walk away, with lots of options for dining, shopping, and mountain activities. Tahoe Marina is a short drive away, where boats, paddle boards, and jet skis can be rented. The home is steps away from the Chonokis Road Trail and the Van Sickle Bi-State Park, which connects to some of the best hiking and mountain bicycling. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. - The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 4 in the driveway. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges). - Your price quote includes the cost of local taxes. - Any damages caused by guests or pets which exceeds the security deposit will be the responsibility of the registered guest. - No Bachelor/Bachelorette parties - IMPORTANT: Your reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement. It will be provided when you book your stay and must be returned within 48 hours.
