Charming family Villa with great location near Minitas Beach & golf courses Our villa is big enough to house eight, yet cozy and practical for a single guest to lay-back and enjoy its classic intimate charm. Head to the beach for some time on the sun, your rooms will be set once you get back with your tan. Chores-free vacation, when you buy the groceries at the supermarket the housekeeper will prep & cook your meals for an extra fee. We hope you enjoy making memories in the ☀️ The space The house has two air conditioned bedrooms with two beds and TVs each, three dinning areas, a living room with TV, two sitting areas by the sunroom and a close-fenced brick floor patio where you can enjoy your meals outside, cook them on the BBQ and chill in the jacuzzi. The house also has a kitchen that exits to the washer and dryer (the maid can help with washing if needed for an additional fee). Guest access There is free parking on the premises. At your arrival you will access the Casa De Campo resort and receive on your phone the map exact location pin to the house, also please check the villas access number to unlock the main entrance door. Other things to note All guests without exception renting via AIRBNB, must pay a daily fee charged at your checking to the Casa de Campo resort. The daily fee is $25 USDs per adult for each day off your stay and $12 USDs per infant for each day of your stay. Babies and toddlers are free of charge. Employees such as drivers and maids are free of charge but must be indicated as such in your registration email. Rules may vary at any moment by Casa De Campo resort.
