Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except for locked storage areas, the mechanical room, and the library. Other things to note SECURITY CAMERA: Hemlock Haven has one outward-facing security camera with recording capability at the side entrance pointing toward the driveway. The state road leading to Hemlock Haven is gravel for .5 miles (coming from Bentonville) and is not ideal for low-clearance vehicles. During winter months, a four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle is required. Access to the river/community pavilion also requires a four-wheel drive vehicle.
