Luxurious suite@red line:pvt bath,entrance,kitchen

Only a 12-minute walk to Wheaton metro, this luxurious, furnished suite is ~550 sq ft. and has a balcony, private bathroom, entrance, kitchenette (fry, bake, crock, pressure cook, rice, microwave, fridge, freezer, etc.) several working areas. Stays need to be > 32 days in length. Laundry is available but in a shared region of house. The space This is a large, two-story house, with a back deck. You'd get 4 keys. One for the private entrance, two for the house, and one for the inside suite door (connecting the suite to the house). The suite is on the 2nd floor, so if you are handicapped, it would not be a good choice. Guest access The metro is a 12-minute walk away, but you need to go diagonal across a parking lot to get that time. There's street parking too. Other things to note You could have visitors without alerting us but probably not the whole time. We will likely reject applications by couples!
