Quiet and safe area with boutiques and restaurants Two large triple bedrooms with super-comfortable double-bed and an extra single bed in each. Two small showers and a compact kitchenette for light meals 5th floor with elevator. Furnished with charming older pieces in traditional Roman style The space 850 squared feet (75mq) located in the Luxury District (shops like Gucci, Louis Vuitton are very close), safe area, quite at night and full of people during the day. Not far from restaurants and bars. Both BEDROOMS are served by 2 large windows each and are furnished with original ancient forniture. They have a stable double bed and one added single bed each (to be prepared just if needed). You’ll find TV plasma 32” with netflix and prime video setting. - The GREEN ROOM is very Large, and has a view over the flowered Rome rooftops, with a real moss installation on the wall. - The ORANGE ROOM has an incredible view on “Vittoriano” (King Vittorio Emanuele’s Monument) and “Quirinal” (Italian President residence), and is privided with a extra-high “tempur” mattress. Please be aware that the two BATHROOMS and both SHOWERS are very small and basic but we try to keep excellent cleaning standard and provide it with hairdryer. One is inside the Green Room, the other one has direct access to the dining room. The DINING ROOM has a sofa’ and table for 6 people. Kitchenette is small but equipped with kettle, and cappuccino machine and basic crockery for 6 people. You’ll find two small electric hobs for cooking and a microwave, ideal for preparing snacks, light meals, rather than large dinners. You’ll be able to listen to music tanks to our philip bose. You can do your laundry using the washing machine and drying rack. We'll also provide an iron and ironing board, useful for those traveling long distances in Europe. We’ll provide you with sheets, towels, duvets and full assitance to guaratee you a perfect stay. Not far from home you’ll have the touristic bus station, taxi station, the metro station. The all apartment is surrounded by a NON-walkable balcony. We put some Aloe plants on the entrance of the balcony to bar the entrance for your safety. Building is ancient and provided with flexible floors made of wooden beams, due to anti-seismic construction standards typical of the city center. Direct wather is potable and we also leave a filter jug in the fridge to keep you free from plastc if you decide not to buy water. Roma City Center is still not equipped with separate waste collection so you’ll have to tresh all materials together. Guest access You can use the all apartment except for the balcony wich is not walkable. Please notice that 2 closets are locked because they are reserved to our facility management and cleaning staff. Other things to note The Area is safe.
