Casa Querencia is located in a private secluded area in the heart of Manuel Antonio. This spacious, fully air-conditioned villa has 6 bedrooms, a game room, 5.5 baths, and gorgeous views of Costa Rica's highest peaks and the valley below. Set in a tropical jungle, Casa Querencia (Spanish for "the place you feel most at home") is still very close to gorgeous beaches, fun shopping, and outstanding restaurants. A private pool and balconies on every level offer quiet and relaxation. The space Casa Querencia offers many amenities to create a memorable experience for you and your guests. Whether you want to enjoy a delicious BBQ on the outdoor dining area, take a refreshing dip in the private infinity pool, or admire the spectacular jungle, mountain and distant ocean views from one of the many balconies, this villa has it all! The gourmet kitchen features ice-maker/water in the refrigerator, 2 ovens, a professional stove top, and all the conveniences you or your optional private chef need to prepare your groups meals. The 10 seat dining table is a gorgeous design from native hardwoods. The living room features an extra-large plush U-shaped sectional where you can relax and watch a movie on the large screen TV, and the game room next to it contains a pool table, large screen TV and comfy seating. Every level has a balcony with stylish furniture to enjoy the wildlife like monkeys and exotic birds that come to visit. Please note that even though this is a 6-bedroom villa, the rate shown for 8 or less people is for 4 bedrooms only, if you would like to use more bedrooms, you must adjust the amount of people to 10 for 5 bedrooms or 12 to use all 6 bedrooms. The rates are for 2 people per room. When you arrive, all bedrooms will be open and you will choose the ones you like the most, then the other bedrooms will be closed, we do NOT rent to other customers during your stay. We adjust the rates, so you have a discount if you won’t use all bedrooms. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note Dear Guest, Please note that we have adapted and are currently following the WHO and Costa Rican Ministry of Health guidelines on sanitation and social distancing. 1. Our host receiving you will always practice social distancing. 2. There will always be alcohol in gel by the front door entrance for you to use at any time. 3. All of our housekeeping and maintenance staff will always be wearing facemasks. 4. The home is completely disinfected right before guests arrive and just after guests leave. 5. The villa is private for just your group, you will not be sharing any spaces with strangers. Have a SAFE vacation ________________________________________________________________________ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY: For last minute reservations over the next 60 days, maid service will be provided every other day, extra services can be provided for an extra charge of $25 per day (Ask your host to schedule and for details). There is no guest access to laundry facilities at the villa.
