Welcome to our inviting and modern ski-in/ski-out 2-bed, 2-bath condo in the popular Settler's Crossing complex. The balcony with a private hot tub and the living room get plenty of morning sun, making each day start on a cozy note. The condo feels like a townhouse, thanks to its private entrance and corner upper-unit location. Our place is family- and pet-friendly, great for kids, with a travel crib, toys, books, and games. Come experience the magical winter and summer wonderland of Sun Peaks! The space We first visited Sun Peaks during the 2015/2016 winter season and fell in love with the resort instantly. We came back many times during the 2016/2017 winter season and as our stays up here were becoming longer and longer and our hotel bills higher and higher, we decided to look for a nice Sun Peaks condo that would suit our needs, as well as those of other outdoor lovers. Owning our beautiful mountain home in this little Winter/Summer Wonderland is thus our dream come true. We decided to buy this condo because of all its exceptional features - true ski in and out, private hot tub on the balcony, within walking distance of the main village. From the first time we walked into the unit, it felt incredibly cosy, warm, peaceful, and inviting. This being an upper corner unit with vault ceiling, it has lots of natural light and brightness. We are sure that our guests will love our new condo as much as we do and that it will make them want to come back again and again! Guest access The condo comes equipped with everything you need to feel at home, blending modern comforts with mountain vibes. Our living room and balcony receive plenty of morning sunshine, making each day start on a cozy note. The condo feels like a townhouse, thanks to its private entrance and location in a corner upper unit. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 5–6 people. Five guests can sleep in beds: 1 queen bed in the master bedroom, and a bunk bed with a queen and a single in the second bedroom. One additional guest can sleep on the couch or an air mattress in the living room. • The master bedroom features a high-quality memory foam mattress, a smart TV, and a large closet. The ensuite bathroom includes a combination tub/shower, blow-dryer, toilet paper, and amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and makeup remover. • The second bedroom has a smart TV and a smaller bathroom with shower, complete with toilet paper and the same amenities provided in the master bathroom. • The living room offers a 50" smart TV, along with books, puzzles, and games. The kitchen is very well-equipped and generously stocked, as if it were a full-time home. You'll find an air fryer, two types of toasters, a mixer, a crock-pot, a drip coffee maker, and a variety of standard and high-quality cookware. We also provide essential cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, spices, olive oil, regular oil, sugar, tea, coffee, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and much more. Ski-in/Ski-out Convenience: It's a two-minute walk to access East Village Ski Way, which leads to either the Orient Express or Morrisey Express. From the Orient Express, you can take the Main Village trail (a green run) to reach the village. We have small children, and they are comfortable taking the East Village Ski Way and Main Village Trail to access the main village. From the Morrisey Express, you can take Home Run (another green run) to access the village. Local skiers and experts often prefer the Morrisey Express and the Bake in Time trail (a blue run with options for black runs), which leads to Burfield, taking you to the "Top of the World." Once it’s time to go relax back in to the condo, you need to take Sundance Express chairlift. Rambler – East Village Ski Way (both green runs). If you want to go faster, you can start on Rambler – East Village Ski Way, and after that, take any of the blue runes (Hasta La Vista, CZESC, Ausfahrt, Kia Ora). Other reasons to stay at our condo: • Perfect for infants, toddlers, and kids. You'll find a travel crib with a diaper-changing station, a huge basket of toys, children's books and games, and kids' dishes. • Heated tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. • As a corner unit on the top floor, you won’t be disturbed by neighbors' footsteps. The open floor plan features vaulted ceilings. • Relax in the private hot tub on the balcony. • Enjoy the gas fireplace after a busy day in the mountains. • Gas BBQ on the patio, plus a small coffee table with two chairs for enjoying the morning sun with your coffee. • Secure, reserved underground parking for 1 vehicle near the condo entrance, with additional visitor parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. • Dining table with six chairs. • Secured Wi-Fi, Telus TV, and smart TVs in every room. • Private keyless entrance with a Yale Smart Lock. • In-suite washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Other things to note No smoking and no parties allowed. If you need to store your bikes, please reach out, and I will explain the best way to store them. We are mountain bikers too! Any damages, noise complaints, or bylaw violations will be deducted from your damage deposit.
