Twenty Valley Loft in Jordan

Enjoy your stay in our cozy open-concept loft while you make memories throughout the Niagara Region. We’re centrally located in Jordan Village which is steps from local shops and food and a short drive to local wineries, restaurants, theatre, shopping and more! Your fully stocked kitchen is available to make a meal or simply grab your morning coffee before you head out for the day. Binge watch your favourite shows by the fireplace, enjoy a luxurious sleep and venture out to see the sights! The space Twenty Valley Loft is located in “downtown” Jordan Village and walking steps from the popular wedding venue of On the Twenty Restaurant and Inn on the Twenty hotel. Our loft space includes a 3 piece bathroom with shower on the main floor and an open-concept living space upstairs. For you to enjoy… - Spacious, private patio space with outdoor seating, table and small pergola - Queen size bed with luxury mattress, white bed linens, duvet cover and various pillows to choose from as well as extra blankets and pillows - 50 inch smart TV including Netflix, games, cards and books for non-screen time - Charging stations near the kitchen and beside the bed - Bathroom on the main floor complete with shower, removable shower head and extra towels - Full Kitchen with stainless steel fridge/freezer and oven/stove as well as everything you need to make and enjoy a meal at home, or to reheat delicious cuisine from one of our local restaurants - Nespresso machine including complimentary coffee pods (also milk, cream and sugar) - Laundry nook hidden behind a door of old barn boards from the small barn that was once on the property Guest access Private and exclusive access to the guest suite and patio space on the side of the house. While we do live in the home, there are no shared spaces inside. The door access in between our spaces is secured at all times on both sides with deadbolts and door locks. The driveway is shared and we ask that you park on the LEFT SIDE (we will only park on the right!). Other things to note Where to Visit and What to Do... There are many places to go and things to see while in Niagara and staying in Jordan gives you access to it all. With quick access to the QEW highway, you can be in Niagara Falls in 20 minutes, Niagara-on-the-Lake in 25, St. Catharines in 15 and Grimsby in 20 minutes. Our guest book (hardcopy and online) will guide you to many of the popular places as well as some of our local favourites! Planes, trains and automobiles... - Airports are in Niagara-on-the-Lake and Hamilton and you will occasionally see planes overhead. - Trains pass through the area regularly so you may hear the train whistle. While the historic train station in Jordan Station no longer functions, it still exists on Prince William Street. The building was a train station from 1913 to 1975 after which it was renovated and became a family home. - Our recent small town improvements make Jordan even more popular to visit and stay in. We are “downtown” and on a busy street so please be careful as you walk around and as you pull in and out of the driveway. Animals... - As much as we love animals, no pets please. Many neighbours, and ourselves as well, have dogs so you will hear some barking occasionally. - While we don’t have deer on site, you may see some as you venture out on trails or driving from place to place. Our backyard is home to a few bunnies who live under the schoolhouse - and may appear in the backyard to enjoy the clover and possibly our garden. Coyotes are also common in the area and can sometimes be heard at night. Safety and Rules... - This is a private guest suite inside of our family home. The suite is completely separate from us and the door between the suite and the remainder of the house stays securely locked at all times with deadbolts and door locks on either side. - Parties are not permitted on the property. We do live in a residential area and want to be respectful of our neighbours. - No indoor smoking or vaping, although you're welcome to smoke outside.
