En la planta baja, hay un dormitorio con cama doble king size (180 cm) y baño, una segunda habitación con 1 cama individuale (90 cm), una cama doble de 135 cm y un segundo baño con ducha. The living room and open plan kitchen are very bright and sunny with lovely views and open on to a private patio. There is a 120 cm sofa in the living room. On the lower floor, there is an ensuite bedroom with a double king size bed, a second room with 1 single bed and a 135 cm double bed and a bathroom with a walk in shower. The entire house has 2 floors, the duplex holds the 1st and 2nd floor, there is a small apartment on the ground floor. The apartment has a 120 cm sofa bed in the living room to accommodate 1 or 2 additional guests. The sofa bed can be separated from the living room and kitchen with curtains to provide privacy. The rental is intended for 4 people. For each additional guest over 4, an additional 10 euros/night will be paid. The living room, kitchen, and upstairs patio are secured with a baby protection barrier. You are very welcome in our home, but we ask you to follow the following rules: Parties are not allowed. Fortunately, the house is in a very quiet area of the town and we have a strong commitment to the neighborhood to respect the tranquility of the environment. A payment of 40 euros is made for cleaning, but that does not include washing the dishes or taking out the trash. When you leave, the apartment should be decent and the dishes should be clean. Guests must dispose of their own trash. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a 50 euro charge from the security deposit.
