We may occasionally have gardeners & housekeepers stop by for maintenance, but otherwise you will have complete privacy. Other things to note All water for the home comes from our own on-property well! Since we are on our own water supply, one of the many cool features of this home is the dedicated "reverse osmosis tap" which is installed to provide guests with purified drinking water (near Kitchen Sink). Another thing to be mindful of: this home is on a dedicated septic storage tank. This means it is very important not to put and solid waste down the drains in Kitchen sink, bathroom sinks and all toilets within the home. -Septic systems are excellent for rural areas, but are expensive to troubleshoot or repair so please help be mindful of these restrictions.
