🏖️ Casa León – Your seaside escape Enjoy an unforgettable getaway in our beautiful vacation home in Playas, via Data Posorja, km 11. 🌊 Relax with the sea breeze, enjoy the sun, the pool and the perfect atmosphere to share with family or friends. We do not have quiet hours or noise restrictions, as it is a private and spacious property. For that reason, gatherings and events are allowed without inconvenience except for weddings or baby showers The space The house is located at Km 11 via Data - Posorja. It has two spacious rooms, with a total capacity of 12 double beds and 1 single bed, each room with a separate bathroom. In addition, in the pool area there are separate external bathrooms for men and women. Each room has air conditioning. The property has ample parking, with space for approximately 15 vehicles within the house's court. We have a large and deep pool, plus a jacuzzi (not heated). The house has access to a private beach, located 7 minutes away on foot or 2 minutes away by car. The area is called Playas Village, and we are a 15-minute drive from the shopping center (Shopping de Playas). At check-in, the host or our collaborator Don Pedro welcomes guests and explains the use of the house, access, music volume and basic rules for a comfortable stay. Important: Check-in time is punctual. The person in charge of receiving you will only wait a maximum of 20 minutes after the agreed time. If you do not show up within that time, the reservation will be automatically canceled, without the right to a claim, since the time of the person who receives you is respected.
