Here you will experience 400 square meters of pure tranquility, luxury & nature on a 2700 square meter property with a dream view, sauna, hot tub and much more. Skiing is minutes away. In season, you can take the free lake/ski bus from our neighbors. Lake Hinterstein invites you to swim and is minutes away. The space The chalet was built in 2015, completely clad with old wood inside and out and has a size of about 400 square meters. It has a modern geothermal heating system with underfloor heating and its own high-quality water source. The chalet is exclusively furnished and equipped with a Sonos sound system. You can surf the Internet via a high-speed fiber optic connection. On the large sun terrace you can eat in a large group or chill in the sun loungers. On the terrace you will also find two Weishäupl sunshades, a Weber grill and a smoker. On the garden side of the house you will find two sun loungers and another Weishäupl sunshade. You can also eat there on the lawn at a wooden table. The chalet is also ideally suited for families with babies, small and large children or teenagers. Your kids can let off steam in the playroom on a slide, a small climbing wall, on the gymnastic mat or in the shop. A Kettcar can also be used. Likewise, the tractors, sleds and bobsleds for the outdoors. You will also find a table tennis table, dart board and cornhole. For the (very) little ones we have children's dishes, a baby bed and a baby monitor in the chalet. Your teens can use two e-bikes in the summer. Hobby chefs will find everything in the chalet that makes the heart beat faster: Thermomix TM6, Kitchen Aid, ice maker, Beefer, raclette, fondue, cheese fondue, bread maker, dehydrator, 2 refrigerators, freezer compartment, wine refrigerator, Aarke water dishwasher, toaster, waffle iron, slow juicer, pasta machine, large paella pan, sandwich/indoor grill, microwave, etc. The chalet is fully furnished: dishes, wine glasses, cutlery, pots, tablecloths, bed linens, towels, bathrobes, hair dryer, make-up mirror, etc. In the garage there is a fully equipped workshop with workbench for hobbyists and hobbyists. 4 e-bikes (2 adult & 2 youth models) are also available. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the chalet, except for two small storage rooms. Other things to note If your kids want to pet animals, they can visit our neighbor Toni (more details under "Description of the neighborhood"). In winter, the road to our neighbor Toni is cleared by the municipality. Toni then clears the access road to our house in the morning when there is a lot of snow. I recommend that you use an all-wheel drive vehicle with winter tires in winter when there is snow. With this, you will be able to easily reach the chalet. If no four-wheel drive is available, you can park at Toni's for a fee (€5/day) and walk the short distance (about 200 m) to the chalet. In summer, fall and spring you can easily reach the chalet with almost any vehicle. During the high season in summer and winter, you can also easily leave your car. From our neighbor, the free lake bus / Kaiserjet / ski bus runs several times a day directly to the beach of Lake Hinterstein or to Scheffau "downtown" and to the valley station of Skiwelt. You can then simply leave your ski equipment in the depot at the valley station (for a fee). The fantastic and picturesque Lake Hinterstein is only minutes away from the house. The lake invites you to swim, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking in summer. 2 SUPs and 1 kayak can be found in the chalet. Likewise, wonderful bike and hiking trails start right at the chalet.
