The space NEWS AND ACCESSIBILITY Villa Luci di Capri has recently undergone a restyling that has increased its comfort while fully respecting sustainability. The big news is the installation of a MODERN ELEVATOR that directly connects the private garage to the living area and the terrace, making access to every room easier. LOCATION Villa Luci di Capri is located in the heart of the hills of Massa Lubrense, a small town on the Sorrento coast, rich in history and traditions, located less than ten kilometers from the city of Sorrento. The location of the property offers various benefits to our guests: - being located in a quiet area, it allows you to relax and enjoy the magnificent and unparalleled view of the island of Capri; - in its immediate vicinity, precisely at 190 meters (or a two-minute walk), there is a bus stop, which allows you to move easily in the territory of Massa Lubrense, as well as reaching destinations such as Sorrento, Positano or Amalfi. The house still offers a private parking that will be made available to our guests if they want to use their own means of travel or rent. Our garage can accommodate vehicles of any size. SUSTAINABILITY AND CLEANLINESS The house has been recently renovated. The work had two main purposes: - of course, offer our guests a comfortable and equipped space with every need, in which they can feel comfortable throughout the duration of their stay; - make the house as environmentally friendly as possible. To safeguard the environment, we have decided to install many photovoltaic panels on the roof of our home, whose energy entirely powers the house and all the electrical services offered inside, especially the air conditioning located in every room of the house. To help protect the environment, we ask our guests to respect the recycling program. The house also has a softener that allows you to decalcise the water, which will therefore be without limestone, lighter and cleaner. Still on the subject of cleaning, we would like to specify one thing: the house is COMPLETELY SANITIZED after each check-out. ROOMS The property has three bedrooms: the blue room, the green room and the yellow room, each with an attached bathroom. All rooms are designed specifically to offer our guests the utmost comfort, so they can refresh themselves after intense days spent in our beautiful Sorrento peninsula. The beds, in fact, are large and comfortable; these are KING SIZE double beds that, at the guest's request, can be divided into two single beds. In the bedrooms, in addition to the standard amenities (desk, armchair, closet and nightstands), there are also exclusive amenities, such as: large smart TVs, Bluetooth boxes built into the ceiling or even air-conditioning devices. Two rooms, the GREEN one and the YELLOW one, have a large balcony overlooking both Capri and the sea, and the large green area surrounding the house, which connects these two rooms. The blue room has a comfortable sofa, which, if necessary, always at the guest's request, can become an extra bed. As for the bathrooms, each of them is complete with a toilet, bidet, mirror, and sink, but what we are most proud of are our large showers decorated with authentic Ceramiche Vietresi. We also offer our guests a basic set of products that they can use during their stay. LIVING AREA The highlight of the house is definitely the large open space that includes the kitchen, dining room and living room. Starting with the kitchen, it has all the amenities and accessories you might need: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, toaster, electric kettle, and microwave, as well as an induction cooktop. For eating inside the house, there is a large table with a glass top, where guests can share their meals together, as well as a bar area, where there is also a coffee machine with two stools. As for the living room, however, we find a 55 ”4k smart TV, a comfortable sofa that, at the request of the guest, can also become a bed, to be able to accommodate a greater number of people, and a chair. Our router is also located in this area of the house, which will provide free INTERNET access throughout the house, including an Ethernet port. The highlight of the living room, however, is the large windows that offer a breathtaking view of the island of Capri. The lighting inside the house is absolutely not a problem, as windows of this type are present in each room, flooding all the rooms with natural light. From the kitchen side you can access a large terrace, also overlooking Capri. Next to the living area, there is a small laundry room where we have left various amenities for guests to be able to maintain the house in a respectful manner, such as the washing machine or even the vacuum cleaner. This part of the house is also furnished with Vietresi ceramics. OUTDOOR AREAS The real highlight is the panoramic terrace, which has recently been expanded and modernized. We have redesigned the spaces to offer guests even more space to relax, dine al fresco, or enjoy the sunset over Capri. The outdoor area is furnished with a new elegant and functional dining set, ideal for meals with a sea view or simply for spending time outdoors with friends. Next to this, there are also two deck chairs and two sun loungers for relaxing outdoors under the umbrella. The house, but especially the terrace, is adorned with vases and flowers that will allow you to feel immersed in nature. Right next to the terrace, we set up a decorated garden. On the lower floor there is, as previously mentioned, a private garage, which will be made available to guests if they want to use it. The garage is connected to the terrace by a modern elevator.
