Beautiful room for 2 - ideal with child

A newly designed guest room with a platform bed and luxurious large mattress (160 cm) awaits you in a very spacious house. The room has a private guest toilet. You share the large bathroom with walk-in shower with us if we are there, as well as the kitchen and the huge garden with everything you can see on the pictures. For a child, a children's mattress can also be placed on the platform and protection against falling out can be provided. We look forward to seeing new guests! 🇧🇪🇧🇷🇩🇪🇮🇴🇫🇮🇪🇺🇨🇦🇭🇺🏳️‍🌈🇺🇸 The space The living room has a large glass front that leads to the terrace (in summer with dining area) and garden. There is a 3.60 m trampoline and in summer there is a private “playground“ with equipped sandbox, swing and slackline. Large trees provide plenty of shade. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge/freezer. You can always help yourself to coffee (French press) and tea! Spices and vinegar/oil are also there. You are also welcome to use the washing machine for a small fee. For rainy weather, there is of course Wi-Fi, a smart TV and an umbrella :) Guest access You are welcome to use the following rooms: large dining area with kitchen and cozy living room, bathroom, garden and of course your own room and toilet During your stay I am available almost 24/7 by cell phone and try to solve everything easily. The top priority is that you feel comfortable with us. I want every guest to get what they need. Feel free to ask me! Other things to note The S-Bahn stop Ottobrunn is a 10-15 minute walk (1 km) away. In 20-25 minutes you can take the train from there to downtown Munich. Arriving by car is also very suitable because the property is very accessible and there are plenty of parking spaces. I live with my two small children in the house. We travel a lot and therefore the accommodation is often empty, especially on weekends and during vacation times. During the week we are at home. I take my children to kindergarten at 8 AM and we try to be as quiet as possible for you. 🙂
