The reservation includes final cleaning, taxes, pool, cable and basic internet and free parking for 1 car through the valet parking system The space The kitchen has the essentials to prepare breakfast or a quick meals, with a double hotplate, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, fridge, dishes and kitchens utensils. Extra linen, towels, pillows, beach towels, iron, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are located in the closets. The bathroom includes hair dryer. We also provide amenities such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, dish soaps, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper. (For longer stays you will need to replenish). Laundry is located on the lower level of the building. Laundry cards are for sale next to the security desk. Guest access Unit on the 5th floor. Mandatory registration through security. Check in/ free valet parking is open 24h/day. There is 24 hour security Valet Parking included. Security will give you the parking permit.
