This newly renovated waterfront 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo will surely accommodate all of your needs and sleeps up to 8 individuals. You will be met with a breathtaking view of the sound with access to a balcony as you walk in. Upon successful reservation, you will be required to sign a rental agreement that will be sent to you. Ideal for Families & Groups (Sleeps up to 8) Perfectly suited to families, small groups, or couples traveling together: • King Bedroom: Elegant walk-in shower, hairdryer, iron & board, vanity area, and plush bedding • Queen Bedroom: Dual-access shower/tub, hairdryer, clothing racks, queen bed, and twin bunk beds—designed for flexibility and comfort. • Cozy sleeper sofa in the living room ensures extra guests can be accommodated with ease. Comfort Meets Convenience • Whip up meals effortlessly in a fully stocked kitchen: Keurig, blender, toaster, baking essentials, and more. • Relax and unwind in the living room with free Wi-Fi and a large Roku flat-screen TV. • The condo includes a washer and dryer for added convenience. Upon successful reservation, you will be required to sign a rental agreement that will be sent to you. Other things to note We provide a complimentary starter pack to help you settle in comfortably. This includes one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a sponge, one dishwasher pod, one laundry detergent, and hotel-sized toiletries. These items are meant to get you started, and for longer stays, you may wish to purchase additional supplies as needed. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
