shepherd's hut in Ceredigion

This delightful shepherd's hut situated on our smallholding in West Wales (lovingly built using low impact and reclaimed materials), offers a fantastic base to explore the nearby beaches, mountains and other attractions. The thoughtfully furnished interior includes a super comfy double bed, simple kitchen and cosy woodburner. Outside is a large decking area, your own unique walk in spiral shower and a separate compost loo. The space A relaxing space with a cosy woodburner and seating area one end and a luxurious bed at the other. Outside on your private deck you can sit and enjoy the surroundings (wild cherry trees!). On the lower patio there is a fire wok and grill. Feel free to bring your own wood for a fire under the stars or charcoal for cooking. If you forget come up and buy some from us at the farmhouse. Guest access The hut, decking, stand alone shower, private compost loo are all yours make use of. You can also drive up and park right next to the hut when you arrive ( come all the way down our track and turn left just before the house) Other things to note **Please remember - there is no Wifi in the shepherd's hut or phone signal, although if you follow the signs to the ‘phone bench’ you can get signal in the fields above the farmhouse.** You will have privacy at the Shepherd's Hut but you are welcome to explore the woodland regeneration project we are starting in our nearby fields. Here the newly planted native trees will become habitat for wildlife with meadow glades left for insects and all manner of little beasties! There is a small (quiet) campsite in the lower field.
