The house has two small porches and a lawn around the property. The cottage has a full size kitchen with updated appliances, on demand hot water, and stocked with all cookware and essentials. The living room has comfy couch and chairs, wood stove (along with monitor for heat), cable TV and a view of the bay. One bedroom has a queen and extra closet for storage, the second bedroom has a single bed and desk / office space. The bathroom is clean and stocked with the amenities, it is next to laundry / gear storage room guests are encouraged to use.
