Possibility to put an extra mattress on the floor, to accommodate the sixth person. We provide bed linen, table and bath - 01 set of sheets per bed and 01 set of towels per guest, per reservation. In addition, you can (and should) make a coffee, snack or dinner in the Kitchen of the apartment. ⭐️ The Garage⭐️ Space Building and Parking option - In the Building you can rent a parking space. Upon prior reservation and at a separate cost. Public ⭐️ Transportation - Two minutes from the apartment there is a bus stop for the entire Marvelous City. The Siqueira Campos Subway station is in front of the building. It's easy to get a taxi. Other things to note ★ Kitchen — If you want to cook, you'll have access to dishes, pots and pans, and basic supplies like oil, salt, spices, sugar, and coffee that are available in the pantry . Filtered ★ Water — There is a filter on the right side under the Kitchen closet. The candle is changed regularly. The water from the sink is not drinkable. ★ Bathroom and Service Room — no door. Early ★ check in or check out later — It is allowed upon consultation and confirmation and will have a cost of half a night each. ★ Electricity — The electrical voltage is 110V. The electricity will be charged separately if it exceeds the daily quota of 08 kWh. ★ Washing Machine - Working ★ Towels and Bed Linens — We provide 01 set of sheets per bed and 01 set of towels per guest, per reservation. Bed, Bathroom, and Pillows are in the bedroom cabinets. Table linens are in the Kitchen. Extra Bed and Bath Clothes: R$18.00 for each set of towel, R$35.00 per set of single sheet and R$44.00 per set of double sheet. ★ Fan — We have a fan to be used in the Living Room or the 1st Bedroom, which does not have air conditioning.
