This homestay is STRICTLY no loud party allow 2. This homestay STRICTLY only able to fit and sleep 3 pax. 3. STRICTLY no smoking outside the corridor and littering around because CCTV is everywhere. (CCTV is good,safe for all of us) This is the reason why it is SAFE and high privacy (quiet place). ANY BREACH OF RULES WILL REQUIRED GUEST TO PAY THEIRSELF FOR PENALTY. Check-in/-out terms & condition: - if u need early check in please inform host earlier at least 1 day before check in. But early check in is not guaranteed, host will do ASAP for u but its depends if there is no other factor affects the host to prepare room for guest. - RM10 for late check out for first hour, after 1 hour, we charge RM20/hour **if late a bit it's alright, as long as before 1pm need to send picture to host that the key is inside the mailbox. Important note: - This homestay allow to cook but please be careful, any loss will be bear by guest. - Lost access card and key will be charged RM 150 per set. - Lost access card will be charged RM100 per set. - Lost key will be charged RM50 per set. - Broken card will be charged RM50. - Strictly no smoking in all internal area of the building.
