Well behaved dogs are welcome. Wi-Fi but no TV. Own entrance to rear of property occupied by the owner with a connecting lockable door. Access from the street via a path, 4 steps, and gravel. Parking on street or in the free public car park 150m distance. The space The Property The annex, comprising a double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, is accessed via its own entrance to the rear of the main property which is occupied by the owner. There is a connecting door that can be locked on both sides. The kitchen contains a 2 ring induction hob, under-counter fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and washing machine. There is a table and chairs for meals or for use as a workspace. There is no oven. The bedroom has a king sized double bed, chair, and chest of draws. All bedding is provided. There is no television. The bathroom has an electric shower over a ¾ sized bath, WC, and basin. Towels provided. Access Parking is on the street or in the free public car park 150m from the property. Access from the street is via a path and 4 steps. The Location The annex is located on the Cotswold Way and 2 minutes walk from the centre of the medieval but lively town with shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, a cinema, arts centre, heritage centre, swimming pool (open May-September) and more. It is also well placed for access to Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, and Gloucester some 30-40 minutes by car. Other attractions within a 20-minute car journey include Newark Park (National Trust), The National Arboretum at Westonbirt, The Royal Gardens at Highgrove, WWT Slimbridge Wetland Centre, Badminton House and Horse Trials plus many more. Guest access Please note that the property is accessed from the street via 4 steps, a sloping path, and an area of gravel. The annex has its own entrance to the rear of the main property which is occupied by the owner. There is a connecting door that can be locked on both sides.
