This executive home is quiet and perfect for solo travellers, work contractors and Cyclists. Close to all amenities. It is 5 minutes from the Severn Bridge into Wales, 10 mins from Cribbs Causeway shopping mall, 30 mins to Bristol City Centre. 10 minutes from The Wave and Southmead Hospital, this is by Car. Bus stop is 10/15 mins walking from the house. Enjoy rambling paths, cycle routes or just relax with a taste of the country side. Something for all. 10 mins easy access to M48, M4 & M5 The space It is a large house in a very quiet area. It has a large garden which you are welcome to enjoy. Parking for several cars and electric gates for secure parking There is a foot path opposite for walks to the Severn Estuary. It is furnished to a high standard but very homely. Full use of the kitchen, dining room and gardens. Free Wi-Fi. The property is down a dead end road so there is no passing traffic. Cafe just a 2 minute walk away if you don’t fancy cooking. The garden has sun loungers and a barbecue area all for guest use. I look forward to being your host. Guest access The guest has access to the whole downstairs of the house which includes Kitchen, dining room and gardens. Access is on a flat level with no steps and parking either on the drive or on the road outside. There is a separate entrance to the bedroom and it has its own little courtyard. Access is all on ground level. The room also has its own entrance. During your stay I live on the premises so can be contacted at any time. Happy to spend time with guest or you can have complete privacy. The choice is yours. Other things to note The room has a computer desk, there is also a fridge in the room and tea/coffee making facilities, also a micro-wave. It has its own door to outdoor space. There is a village shop in Pilning a 10/15 min walk and a Morrisons with a post office in Severn Beach, 10 mins in a car. There are bikes if you want to go out cycling, the Severn Bridge is 5 minutes away. There is also a cafe 2 minutes from the house if you don’t want to cook.
