The space The Ark in Clanfield, Hampshire, is a cosy garden room featuring a brand new high end comfortable double sofa bed, en-suite bathroom, and kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and kettle. The room also includes a TV, free Wi-Fi, pool table, and darts. Outside, there's a decking area with seating, surrounded by large gardens (you may see us there now and again. Nearby, visit Queen Elizabeth Country Park for scenic walks and cycle paths. For dining, enjoy local favourites like The Rising Sun and The Bat & Ball pubs. Ideal for couples or solo travellers/ worker seeking a bit of peace and quiet a step away from the country side. Guest access You can use the whole room which is self contained and use the decking area. The garden is shared but we will leave you to your own devices on the decking area. Other things to note Important - Please note that the hot water is heated by a small under counter boiler. It enables up to a 4/5 minute shower and takes approx 20 minutes to reheat. So if you do washing up or have a shower, please keep this in mind! Our guests seem to be very happy in general. This is a garden room and not a full swanky hotel :-). However, feedback so far has told us not only that the bed is more comfortable than most hotels, you get much more than a Premier Inn provides- Just try it. Not many rooms like this with all the extras in the area! Also, nice walk to the local pub through the woods via the garden gate.
