Guest access You can relax in an infinity pool on the roof, surrounded by lounge chairs, a lounge, a grill, bathrooms and a bar while you watch a magical sunset. We have an ideal comfort zone to connect to the building's WIFI. The building is located a few blocks from Fifth Avenue, approximately 10 minutes walking (5 blocks) and 15 minutes from the first public beach. Check-in is at 4 p.m. Check-out is at 11 a.m. We will provide you with towels for your stay, one for the bathroom and one for the pool for each guest staying. Your reservation includes one cleaning per week at no cost, if you require more cleanings, it is possible with an extra cost. Other things to note We have 3 parking spaces inside the building, therefore they are subject to availability, however you can park for free on the street on which it is located. Keep in mind that at night there may be noise from the neighbors' dogs. Also it might be some noise from the construction beside us There are security cameras in the building, however they do not invade your privacy, they are in order to keep our guests safe. Your reservation does not include food or drinks. In weekly, biweekly and monthly reservations we have courtesy cleaning once a week, please let us know which day is best for you. ** If you need cleaning more than once a week let us know, the price is 350 mxn per cleaning)
