Please be respectful of your neighbors this is an apartment/condo building with multiple units so please keep noises to a minimum especially between 10PM - 7AM. Other things to note This is a one-story walk-up! We love all of our historic buildings but unfortunately, that typically means no elevators are available :/ Absolutely no parties. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted at the property. No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property. Do not smoke in the property. Must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol. Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately. Treat the apartment with respect, as if it was your own property.
