This bright and light-filled retreat boasts sweeping views of the Savannah River through floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a picturesque setting for your stay. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the conveniences and amenities you could need, including a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K-cups, creamers, and sugar. The eat-in counter with four seats makes dining in both comfortable and convenient. The chic living room design provides a relaxing space with a sofa that flattens into a twin-sized bed, perfect for accommodating a third guest. Please note, the living room features a large skylight without a covering, so while the bedroom can get extremely dark, the living space remains bright. Enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities and stay connected with fast WiFi throughout the condo. The bedroom is a tranquil retreat with a king-sized bed and a closet for ample storage. The full bathroom offers a spa-like experience with a spacious sink vanity and a large, walk-in shower. Gorgeous original features, including heart pine floors, add charm and character to the space. For your convenience, there is an in-unit washer and dryer. One parking pass for a nearby garage, located just a few blocks away, is included with your stay. Guest access The entire condo is all yours from check-in at 3pm until check-out at 10am! The condo is completely private. To access the condo, you must climb an interior staircase that is shared with one neighboring condo. At the top of the staircase, there is a small landing with two coded entries -- one for your condo and another for the neighboring condo. Other things to note - The best thing about our condo, in our opinion, is the location! We are in the heart of downtown Savannah, overlooking the river, and central to all the amazing places that folks come to the city to visit! HOWEVER, with our incredible location comes noise! Guests should expect noise from the river side tourists, adjoining and nearby businesses, and nearby traffic. Noise should be expected at all hours. If you don't feel as though you would be comfortable with urban, city noise throughout your stay, we do not recommend this space for your Savannah travels. - We include one parking pass for the nearby Congress Street iParkit garage. The garage is located three blocks away. Unfortunately, Airbnb does not provide the option to check off "off-site, free parking" in the amenities list, so we like to clarify that we do provide one pass for this nearby garage, however it is three blocks away from the condo and not "on-site." You can, however, pull up to the condo to unload your luggage while idling your vehicle, then proceed to the parking garage, to avoid having to tote your belongings. - This condo is located up one tall flight of interior stairs. There is not an elevator or alternative means to access the space.
