Casa La Tuscia is a beautifully restored 1700s farmhouse blending original “Pietra” and “Travi” with modern, luxurious interiors. This exclusive-use Luxe Villa is ideal for families, couples, friends, or small business groups. Set in the Tuscan countryside, it’s surrounded by its own vineyards and orchards. Guests enjoy an elegant experience with a serene spa, panoramic heated pool, jacuzzi in the olive grove, daily housekeeping, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the estate. The space La Tuscia is a fully fenced 8,000 m² countryside estate with two automated gates, offering complete privacy and security. The perimeter is monitored by CCTV. This Luxe Villa is ideal for families, couples, and small groups seeking comfort, charm, and immersion in Tuscany’s iconic landscape of vineyards, olive groves, and rolling hills. The spacious villa offers four luxurious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom is located on the ground floor—ideal for guests with limited mobility. Three of the bedrooms feature gas-lit fireplaces for added comfort. The open-plan living space includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 8–10 guests, a cozy sitting room with wood-burning fireplace, and a guest restroom. Two large French doors open onto the main terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The estate offers a wide range of exclusive amenities. The gated 12×5×1.25m panoramic pool includes a jacuzzi corner, hydromassage, and jet stream. It can be heated on request and covered at night for warmth and safety. Surrounding the pool and terraces are comfortable sunbeds for 10–12 people. Nearby, the Limonaia serves as a shaded lounge or poolside dining area in summer. In winter, it returns to its original use: sheltering citrus trees. The private spa, located just across from the main house, features a sauna and hammam with chromotherapy. Adjacent is the comfortable 6–8 person jacuzzi nestled among olive trees and cypresses. In the olive grove, a romantic wood-fired hot tub awaits for stargazing or cool-weather moonlit soaks. Al fresco dining and lounge areas are scattered throughout the property, including two very large outdoor dining tables—each comfortably seating 12–15 guests. An antique 300-year-old wood-fired oven is available for making pizza, bread, or traditional dishes. You can also book a full pizza experience with one of our trusted partner chefs. A BBQ area is also available. Children are wonderfully catered for: a whimsical playhouse on wheels, a transformable playroom on the front deck, and creative stations for painting or imaginative role-play. In the kitchen, kids can join in baking or cooking after picking fresh fruits or vegetables from the orchard and garden. Italian family recipes are provided. Outdoor and board games are available on request: volleyball, croquet, and more. A flood-lit bocce court is ready for spirited evening games. Families with babies are well supported: baby cot, mobile crib, bath, monitor, stair gate, changing cushion, and baby stroller are provided. Let us know if anything else is needed. Cars can be parked either at the main driveway or in the garage area. An electric vehicle charging point is available (charged per use). La Tuscia is also an unforgettable setting for intimate celebrations, small weddings, or milestone gatherings—surrounded by the beauty of Tuscany’s countryside, olive groves, lavender fields, and private vineyards. Guest access Guests at La Tuscia enjoy full and private access to the entire Luxe Villa and its extensive countryside grounds. Two automated gates provide secure entry—one to the garage area and one to the main entrance. A personal code will be shared prior to arrival for both. You will have exclusive use of all outdoor and indoor amenities: the panoramic gated pool, private spa (with sauna and hammam), and the wood-fired hot tub (available during the cooler season). The jacuzzi, beautifully nestled in the olive grove, invites you to unwind with views of the surrounding landscape. Scattered across the estate are shaded al fresco dining areas, lounge terraces, a BBQ corner, and an antique wood-fired forno, ideal for cooking traditional dishes—or booking a full pizza experience with one of our chefs. The garden includes a lavender field, orchard, and vegetable garden, where guests are welcome to enjoy seasonal produce. Our 250 olive trees produce organic olive oil, and guests visiting in November may take part in the olive harvest. You’re also free to wander the private vineyards surrounding the villa—perfect for a peaceful stroll or glass of wine at sunset. The grounds also feature a bocce court and a range of children’s play items to keep younger guests entertained. Parking is available at both entrances. An electric car recharger is available on-site (usage charged separately). There are no off-limit areas at La Tuscia. You are free to enjoy the full estate in privacy, or reach out to our team if you’d like help arranging on-site experiences, chef services, or local activities. Other things to note Children are welcome. Dogs (max 2 per stay) are allowed. The villa is located in a peaceful countryside setting, surrounded by our own vineyards, orchards, and olive groves. Guests are invited to explore the estate, harvest seasonal fruits and vegetables from the orto and orchard, and experience authentic slow living. Your stay at La Tuscia includes the full and private use of the villa and its many comforts. Unwind in the serene spa, soak in the jacuzzi or hot tub, or enjoy a swim in the panoramic heated pool — available from May 1 to October 1 at no extra charge. Bask in the Tuscan light from the al fresco terraces and lounge areas, or retreat into the peaceful Limonaia with a good book or glass of wine. Daily housekeeping (4 hours per day, except Sundays) keeps everything fresh and in order. For longer stays, bed linen and towels (including bath and pool) are changed every 3–4 days. For shorter stays, fresh linens will be provided at arrival. You’ll also enjoy full climate control (air conditioning and heating), high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire property — indoors and outdoors — and complimentary electricity, water, gas, and private parking. The villa offers a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, drying rack, ironing station, and detergent. All bedrooms are set up with king-size beds using two high-quality single bases with a topper for comfort; these can be separated into singles upon request. While mobile coverage in the area is limited, the villa's reliable Wi-Fi ensures smooth use of VOIP calling, FaceTime, and more. For peace of mind, La Tuscia is fitted with mosquito screens throughout, a house alarm, and perimeter CCTV. A guest background check is part of our policy; minimum rental age is 21.
